Refund policy

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, these are custom products (such as artisan keycaps from the raffle events that are made according to the buyer's preference in a very specific moment in time). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (such as lighters that have been filled with lighter fluid). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Cancelling orders from the website

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our automated system and is processed by our warehouses, which operate 24/7. Because of this continuous flow, all orders with items that are in-stock are final and cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep an item after receiving it, you will need to follow our official return process. Please note that returns will only be accepted when submitted through the proper procedure outlined in our Returns Policy.

The only orders that can be cancelled are those that have items which are on pre-order. 

Return process

Orders outside the EU are not eligible for returns. We have a 14-day return policy for orders in the EU, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After which you have another 14 days to complete the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (except for trying it on), with tags (if any), and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address that will be given to you by email. This will be an address in the Netherlands in Europe.

If your return is accepted, you may return the item on your own costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order within 24 hours of reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After the 24 hour window has passed, we reserve the right to decline your claim. 


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the purchased items minus shipping fees on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
